MCP endpoint

JSON-RPC over HTTP at /mcp. Authenticate with an agent token.

Tools

Tool	Purpose
`search_listings`	Search the catalogue.
`get_listing`	Bundle metadata and quality report.
`get_dua`	Read the data use agreement.
`create_mandate`	Describe the cohort and ceiling.
`quote`	Price a listing against the mandate.
`prepare_checkout`	Create a human approval link. Does not accept the DUA or pay.
`estimate_data_value`	Estimate an indicative seller range from metadata.
`list_deals`	Deals visible to the organization.

Boundary

The token cannot accept a DUA or create a deal. prepare_checkout returns a URL; a human approves it in the portal. This is deliberate.
