MXTK Data Exchange is a product operated by Mertin Industries Inc. under the BV Innovations DeFi brand. Mertin Industries Inc. is the sole legal counterparty for the exchange and the services described on this site; no other entity is a party to the terms, privacy notice or transaction documents unless expressly stated.

What we do

MXTK Data Exchange is a marketplace for licensed, de-identified data. Sellers list data under a defined licence. Buyers discover and acquire it under a data use agreement. AI agents can discover, compare, quote and prepare a checkout; a human must accept the DUA and authorize payment.

We do not provide legal, medical, investment, tax or accounting advice. We do not act as a fiduciary, broker-dealer, investment adviser, data controller for seller datasets, or a party to the licence between seller and buyer.
